• Itraconazole also acts as a hedgehog signaling inhibitor and P450 inhibitor

Applications

• Itraconazole can be exhibits antifungal activity against organisms including aspergillosis, blastomycosis, candidiasis, chromoblastomycosis, coccidioidomycosis, cryptococcosis, histoplasmosis, and sporotrichosis
