Connection system screwcaps for Pyrex™ GL 45 media-lab bottles facilitate the transfer of liquids within a closed and sterile system, ideal for chemistry and biotechnology laboratories
Begin by choosing a two or three port connection system screwcap, add tubing adapters and inserts to attach tubing
Four different tubing diameters can be accommodated (OD 1.6mm, 3.0mm, 3.2mm and 6.0mm)
The additional pressure compensation set that includes a membrane filter with 0.2μ m sized pores permits sterile pressure equalisation
Unused ports can be sealed with a blanking cap (4538/04)
Components are fully interchangeable and compatible with both two and three port screwcaps
Screw caps and components are temperature resistance to 140°C
Autoclavable and dishwasher safe

Manufactured from polypropylene with tubing connectors that allow GL 45 media-lab bottles to be connected with flexible tubing
Suitable for use with soft elastic tubing that has an inner diameter of 6mm to 9mm (such as Viton™, Tygon™ or other silicon tubing)
Bottle contents can be kept sterile with an optional venting connector with a 0.2μ m syringe filter
The top angled connectors prevent kinks in the tubing
Screw cap can be removed without the need to remove the tubing as the centre rotates freely
Temperature resistance to 140°C
